  • No Return Shipping Fees: Bestd pays for 100% of return shipping costs. We do not shift the financial burden of return shipping onto the consumer for eligible items within their 30-day window.
  • Zero Restocking Fees: We do not deduct restocking fees, administrative fees, or structural processing fees from your final refund balance.
  • Prepaid Return Labels: Once your return request is officially authorized by our office, a prepaid shipping label and step-by-step courier drop-off instructions will be dispatched to your email. Return items sent back without prior formal authorization will not be processed.

4. Transit Damage, Defective Merchandises, and Order Discrepancies

Please inspect your kitchenwares immediately upon arrival. If an item is found broken, structurally fractured, or differs materially from your order, notify us at info@bestd.shop within 48 hours of parcel delivery. Include clear photographs of the defect. Bestd assumes immediate liability and will immediately dispatch a brand-new replacement item or process a full refund, covering all associated logistical costs.

5. Strict 10-Day Refund Issuance and Currency Statement

  • Warehouse Inspection Timeline: Returned items are subject to physical compliance inspection within 2 business days of arriving at our logistics center.
  • The 10-Day Remittance Guarantee: Upon approval of the product's condition, Bestd will execute a full refund immediately. The financial transaction will be credited back onto your original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, or PayPal) within 10 calendar days.
  • Currency Conversion Disclaimer: All refunds are issued in the exact original transaction currency, which is United States Dollars (USD). Bestd is not responsible for minor banking variances or international conversion fluctuations dictated by your local Singapore financial institution.
